We stayed at Knowlton Properties Villa during February half term with my 3 teenagers. the location was splendid, tucked away in quiet countryside surroundings. the house itself was clean, warm, and incredibly spacious. We were delighted by the thoughtful welcome hamper that was provided. From the villa, it was easy to explore the nearby attractions such as Dover Coast, Herne Bay, and the beautiful city of Canterbury. we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider visiting again. Cons: Everything was simply great! 👌.

We had an amazing stay at Knowlton Properties Villa! The apartment was warm and cozy even in December. It was impeccably clean and we loved the scented towels. The kitchen was well-equipped and the double bed was huge. The horse smell in the staircase was kind of earthy and natural, which added to the charm. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket with goodies. The entire range was gated and had beautiful views.
Can't fault anything about our stay! 👍

The value for money was unbeatable, nearly half the price of other similar properties in the area. The villa was impeccably clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We also appreciated the spacious garden, perfect for our kids to run around. The hosts were accommodating and allowed us to hire a hot tub and bouncy castle. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Knowlton Properties Villa.
Although the showers were nice, having no bath was a bit inconvenient for our three young kids. Some of the beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked, but there was a spare room available for us to switch to.

I recently stayed at Knowlton Properties in Canterbury for a relaxing weekend getaway. The rural location made it incredibly peaceful and the complimentary products were a nice touch. Our Home Farm accommodation comfortably fit six people and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The food hamper provided was a lovely surprise and the flat had a cozy, homely atmosphere. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were a plus, although more bedroom storage would have been helpful. The surrounding countryside offered beautiful views and wildlife, perfect for leisurely runs. The value for money was exceptional, with lower prices compared to similar properties in Kent. I loved the tranquil setting and the welcoming touches provided.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Sandwich and Canterbury. The house itself was clean, tidy, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The owners even left us a lovely welcome basket and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The property felt quiet, private, and safe, making it suitable for our whole family, including our baby and toddler. Despite a few minor issues like low water pressure and a few non-functioning items, our overall experience was great. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
